Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds to late deliveries or deliveries that get returned? 

We do not offer refunds (or free replacements) for late deliveries as we cannot guarantee the delivery time-frame specially in the current climate. We also do not offer refunds (or free replacements) for orders that are not delivered (or returned) due to incorrect address details provided at the time of the order and/or for orders that are not collected from local exchanges due to recipient/s being unavailable at the time of delivery. 
Rest assured your hamper/s will leave our premises in a timely manner. 

What if my hamper is damaged during transit? 

We take extra measures to make sure your hamper/s leave our premises in mint condition. However, we understand in rare occasions hamper/s can be damaged during transit. We will work with you and our delivery partner to offer either a replacement or a full refund. Please check our refund terms here

Can I cancel the order?

If you want to cancel the order you placed, you must contact us immediately on (03) 9752 9486 or by sending us a message 24 business hrs prior to us dispatching your order. We will work with you to offer a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method that was used during purchase. Please check our cancellation terms here

Bulk order cancellations may vary, in general you must place the cancellation 30 days prior to the bulk order dispatch date.

How long will the refund take?

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible, to assist with this process we require you to provide necessary details such as order number, description of damage (inc. photos) or the reason to cancel the order in writing. This process may take up to 7 days specially during peak periods. Please check our refund terms here
