Where do you deliver?
We charge a low flat fee of $15.95 to deliver to all locations in Australia. Even though our shipping cost is higher than this amount, we want to offer you the best possible service to reach out to your loved ones all across Australia.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Internationally.
If you are delivering to Hospitals, Schools, Hotels or Large Institutions make sure to include as much information as possible at the checkout. Information such as recipient's Full Name, Department/ Ward/ Floor/ Room number, Mobile Number, Institution Name and Street Address will assist us to complete your delivery smoothly. Please note that it is your responsibility to check if these venues accept parcels and all address details your provide us are accurate; we cannot be responsible or liable for any delays or losses that occur as a result of this.
How will my hamper look when it arrives?
We are a small business, so we pay extra attention to make your hamper perfect. Once we fill it with quality products, we include the complementary gift card with your personnel message.
Your hamper comes with premium packaging. We use strong magnetic lid boxes, high quality tissue paper and satin ribbon to make it look special.
The hamper box is then inserted into a strong mailer/shipping box (with insulation packaging where applicable) for safe delivery by our delivery partner.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We charge a low flat fee of $15.95 to deliver to all locations in Australia. Even though our shipping cost is higher than this amount, we want to offer you the best possible service to reach out to your loved ones all across Australia.
You will receive FREE DELIVERY on orders over $80.00.
Can you deliver on the same day, weekend or public holidays?
We currently do not offer "Same Day Delivery". Typically our standard deliveries arrive the 2-3 days within Melbourne Metro and 3-4 days to Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane Metro areas. However, there will be times when this will be out of our control.
We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays. We recommend getting your order in as early as possible to minimise any unforeseen delays. There are extended delays during peak period such as Christmas, Valentines, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc so we are unable to guarantee on time delivery due to unforeseen delays faced by our delivery partner network.
Can I nominate a delivery date?
If you are planning your order in advance, you can nominate a delivery date. Whilst we do our best to deliver your hamper on the nominated date (or earlier), we cannot guarantee it due to delays that our delivery partner may experience.
What if no one's at home to accept the delivery?
To ensure a smooth delivery, we highly recommend that you ensure someone be available at the recipient's delivery address to accept the hamper/s. If no one's at the premises our delivery partner will leave the hamper/s at a safe place (typically in front of the door). Failing this, they will take your hamper/s back to a collection point or their depot to attempt another re-delivery typically within 1-2 business days. If the hamper/s remain undeliverable, our delivery partner will work with us to organise a resolution (additional surcharge may occur).
Is it too late to change my delivery address?
Please make sure you provide accurate details at the checkout. You may change the delivery address by contacting us immediately on 1800 595 430 or sending a message 24 business hrs prior to us dispatching your order. Any attempts to re-deliver the hamper/s is only a best effort service will incur a surcharge to the sender; we cannot be responsible or liable for any delays or losses that occur as a result of this.
